I have a trapped nerve in my shoulder and it's flipping killing me, it hurts so bad.
had to work today with this trapped nerve in my shoulder and it caused me a lot of pain, i had to carry piles of DVD cases around and the strain was almost unbearable. I Got it from reaching over and smoothing my cat, i must have done it awkwardly because when i sat back my shoulder and my neck started aching. Gotta work tomorrow with it aswell, thank god for Ibruprofen and Deep heat gel...
